Ayurveda is an ancient traditional holistic health system from India based on the five elements of nature: space, air, fire, water and earth. These elements are present in every human being, and together they form the dynamic biological forces (doshas): vata, pitta, and kapha. The composition of these forces is different for each individual, resulting in our unique physical, mental, behavioural, social and spiritual qualities.
Ayurveda supports you in becoming aware of your nature (constitution) and how it is influenced by factors such as lifestyle and nutrition. The therapies and recommendations support balancing the doshas to attain or maintain good health. Ayurvedic therapies are used both to prevent and to cure illness.

also certified in ayurvedic nutrition therapy, preg-nancy care, pregnancy
massage, and she teaches ayurvedic baby massage.
